Pakistan has some fabulous things to offer visitors. Here are some places to visit in Pakistan on Eidul Azha which have fewer tourists, but are a good time to visit:
Gulmarg, Kashmir
Been a long time since you have stepped foot into Kashmir. Be prepared for a sudden downpour but also very cold. If you like hiking and rock climbing, Gulmarg is a must-visit in Pakistan. There are many places to visit in Gulmarg, one of the main tourist spots is an island which is only accessible by boat and is so secluded that not even the police and army can get to it. Also around Gulmarg, you can visit the famous Dal Lake, which is also a national park and is known for its fish. Along with that, you can also visit The Himalayan Rose Garden, which is worth the visit. Also, in Gulmarg, you will find a lot of snow as Gulmarg has mountains where a lot of avalanches can happen.
Alasani Salt Springs, Ladakh
To get there you will need a five hours hike from the main road, which is possible if you are fit and adventurous enough. For a place to relax, there is only one thing to do and that is go to the salt springs. It is easy to get to, but the walking journey is also a lot, but if you are looking for some cool place to relax, then this is it. Other things to do in Ladakh are to visit the Kargil War memorial, the Kailash temple and the Leh Palace.
Mashallah Peak, Swat
Don’t miss the chance to visit the Mashallah Peak as it is not just a great place to visit but also a place to feel a deep spiritual connection. Mashallah Peak is a sacred place and is also known for its double snow-capped ridges. The climb to the peak is a long and difficult walk but once you have reached the peak, the view will be breathtaking.
Sheesha City, Gwadar
Worth visiting for those looking for a nice place to relax, there is a place where smoking the hookah, especially that made of sugar cane, is a must-try. The water in the pools here is also the best in Pakistan.
Sargodha Valley
The valley is close to Lahore and is surrounded by the Gujrat mountains. The valley is home to many farming and vegetable fields and the drive around the valley is very scenic.
Pindi’s Beef Stroganoff
For those of you who love beef, this is the perfect place to eat, you can visit this area to enjoy the famous Beef Stroganoff in the local cuisine. You can get into the inner parts of the city to see the huge Cheeseboard and sample the local cuisine.
Sialkot
Another place worth visiting in Pakistan is Sialkot, it is a city that has a well-preserved Old Town which is known for its famous Chowk and Rang Mahal.
The city also has a new and exciting place to visit which is the local British-era shops, these streets have a lot to offer. It is a place which is very worth visiting especially during the Eid and there are a lot of guides available to the tourists. The old streets of Sialkot are full of shopping and most of the shops have a variety of everything from traditional clothing to some rare antiques.
